Thank you, Thomas Nelson Bibles and BlogAbout, for this beautifully crafted NKJV Journal The Word Bible to read and review, and for the extra copy to give away!

You thought of everything! From the weight of the paper it's printed on, to the space provided for creative reflection, the ribbon place marker, and the fact that it lays flat.

I've written in the margins of every Bible I've ever owned. This is the first one I've owned that is specifically intended for the reader of The Word to actively and creatively engage with what is read.

I look forward to the months, and years ahead as I creatively journal my way through The Word, eventually ending up with a family heirloom.

I posted this video on my Facebook Page just for fun!

Both the King James Version (KJV) and the New King James Version (NKJV) are available. This would make a great gift for anyone and Christmas is just around the corner!

I am giving away a NKJV Journal the Word Bible to one of my blog subscribers!  Please comment and tell me why you would like to win it!

I love this! Several of my friends have these or similar! I got my bible from my pawpaw when I was 9 or 10 for CHRISTMAS. It was a study bible & I literally wore 2 covers off of it. Then I had kids & quit carrying a bible because I didn't have hands for it with all of the children & all of the diaper bags & Seats & so I never bought a new one. For the past 5 years I have used a mobile bible, but I am so so so ready for an actual bible to hold & Mark up again! It's on my CHRISTMAS list!

I love writing in the margins of my Bible and underlining or highlighting verses. My son is graduating this summer and I'd love to journal in a Bible as a gift to him.

I also love to take notes and add cross references to my bible. My current favourite bible is falling apart and I've never found one with wide enough margins that I can actually write anything. This would be the perfect solution! I am also in a bible class that takes us in detail through the whole bible. I need space to write down all the things I am learning.
